- Country Crock Spread
- Shredded cheese
- Green onions
- Sour cream
- Bacon bits
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the desired amount of instant mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package. Stir shredded cheese, sour cream, bacon and pepper into the mashed potatoes. Spoon the mixture into jars and top with more shredded cheese and bacon. Place the jars on a cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for about 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the potatoes are heated through. Top with chopped green onions before serving.
These loaded potato jars could be prepared ahead of time and heated just before serving.
