Ingredients
- 1/2 C low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 C chicken broth
- 2 T grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 T lemon juice
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- 1 hard-boiled egg (OR 1 raw yolk)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 t dijon
- 1/2 t worcestershire sauce
- fresh black pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Toss together with romaine lettuce, croutons, bacon, and extra parmesan.
