Chocolate Chip Cookies (Janice Einsbruch)

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup Crisco
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 4 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 bags semi sweet large chips or chunks
• 1 bag reg size choc chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat 350
Sift dry ingredients together.
Cream crisco, and butter together, and add the sugars.
Alternate flour and eggs, then add vanilla, and chips.
15- 20 minutes.
