  • 5 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine

Step 1

Spread peach slices in greased 8-inch square baking dish or 1 1/2-quart casserole. Blend flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over peach slices. Bake at 350 F for 45 to 50 minutes or until peaches are tender. Serve with cream, if desired.
