Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds potatoes -- peeled and cubed and cooked
- 2 stalks of celery sliced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 1/2 pounds knockwurst sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Browned sausage in oil and remove.
Mix all dry ingredients together and stir into drippings in pan.
Stir in broth and vinegar and cook until thickened.
It cook sausage, potatoes, celery and onion and heat through.
Serve warm.
