- 3 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2-3 drops of vanilla

Step 1
Beat egg whites until stiff. Egg whites are stiff enough when bowl can be inverted and whites will not fall out. It is very important for egg whites to be very stiff. Add sugar a little at a time and continue beating. Make sure sugar dissolves well. Add vinegar and vanilla to mix.
On a baking sheet covered with waxed paper drop the meringue mix with a teaspoon in the shape of a small cookie. Leave space in between because they grow a little while baking. Place baking sheets in preheated 325 degree oven. Meringues should be ready in about 50 minutes. Duration of baking varies according to taste, but they should NOT come out golden.
