  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 16 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 16 oz. can kidney beans
  • 1 large 29 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 17 oz. can whole corn
  • 1 6 oz. can pitted olives
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • Avacado - diced
  • Cheddar cheese - grated
  • Regular Size Frito Corn Chips
  • Sour Cream

In large skillet brown meat and onion. Combine other ingredients and heat through. Serve and add toppings.
