Ingredients
- 1 cup sherry
- salt
- pepper
- thyme
- 1 can mushroom soup
- pearl onions
- bacon, crisp fried and crumbled
- 1 can button mushrooms
- paprika
- chicken

Step 1
1) Place cut up chicken in baking dish. Pour about 1 cup sherry over. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Cover with foil and marinate for at least 1 hour.
2) Add: 1 can diluted cream of mushroom soup (more if more gravy desired). Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and decorate with small pearl onions, crumbled crisp fried bacon, a tin of button mushrooms and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered 15 minutes more.
