Ingredients
- 3 C. loosely packed fresh basil leaves, washed and drained
- ½ C. chopped fresh parsley
- 3 large cloves garlic
- ½ C. pine nuts or pecans
- 1 C. freshly grated Asiago cheese or Parmesan
- 1 tea. fresh oregano
- ½ tea. pepper
- ½ to 1/3 C. olive oil
- ●Combine all ingredients in a blender, adding enough olive oil to make a thick smooth sauce.
- ●Add salt to taste.
