- 2 large eggs = 3 small, 2 medium,
- or 2 extra-large eggs
- 3 large eggs = 4 small, 3 medium,

Preparation
Step 1
Boiled eggs: Place eggs in sauce pan and cover eggs with room temp. water , bring to a boil, boil 11 minutes; Remove and place eggs in iced water, remove and peel.
