Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms; Chopped
- 1 each Green Pepper; Chopped
- 1/2 small red onion; chopped
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Cups Brown Rice; or White Rice
- 3 Cloves Garlic; Minced
- 1/2 Cup Half and Half
- 2 1/2 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Sour Cream

Preparation
Step 1
THESE DIRECTIONS ARE FOR THE AROMA RICE COOKER.
Place all ingredients *EXCEPT half and half and sour cream* in rice cooker.
Cook as directed for white or brown rice.
When cooking is completed, add half and half and sour cream (whisked together) replace lid and simmer for additional 10 minutes.
Stir and enjoy!
