Ingredients
- 1 C cooked white rice
- 4 to 5 green onions, chopped (including greens)
- 3/4 C cooked ham, cubed small
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 C frozen peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- MSG to taste (optional)
- 1/4 C to 1/2 C Soy Sauce
- Dash of teriyaki sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-cook the rice and set aside. In a wok or a stick-free sauce pan, pour in three well-blended eggs. Stir in onions, ham, peas, salt and pepper and MSG. Cook until the eggs are not runny, stirring constantly. Fold in the cooked rice and mix well. Add the soy sauce and teriyaki, and mix well. Cook, uncovered, stirring frequently, for about 5 to 7 minutes. Serve hot.
