Ingredients
- 2 tins 8 oz black beans
- 1 diced carrot
- 1 diced potato
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 celery stalk
- 5 cups chicken stock
- 2 oz butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a sauce pan on medium heat, melt butter and heat the onion and garlic
Add carrots, potato, bell perp per, celery and chicken stock
Let simmer for half hour or until the vegetables are done
Put aside and cool
In a food processor, blend the mixture until smooth
Put the blended mixture back in the sauce pan and simmer for 2 minutes
Season with salt and pepper
