- 20 bocconcini, halved or 1/2 lb fresh mozz
- 10-12 reserved meatballs, crumbled
- 2 c baby arugula
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- red pepper flakes

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Place naan or pitas on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper. Divide 1 cup tomato sauce among bread, top with bocconcini, halved, or thinly sliced mozzarella. Top with crumbled meatballs. Bake until cheese is melted, 10 minutes.
Toss baby arugula with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Top pizzas with arugula, grated parm and red pepper flakes.
