Ingredients
- 7 eight-ounce jars or freezer bags
- fruit: 2.5 lbs strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries. or 3 lbs plums, peaches or nectarines (5 cups)
- 1/3 c fresh lemon juice (2 lemons)
- 2.5 c sugar
- 1/3 c powdered pectin

Preparation
Step 1
Wash, rinse, and dry containers. In a medium pot, combine 5 cups fruit, crushed, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium high.
In a bowl, whisk together sugar and pectin. Add to fruit, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Return to a full boil. Boil 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Transfer to jars or bags, leaving 1/2 inch space on top. Seal and let sit at room temp until set, 2-3 hours. Freeze up to 6 months.
