Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs of finely shredded cabbage
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar (white - distilled)
- 1 cup whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
Place shredded cabbage in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 30 minutes prior to serving mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Toss dressing with shredded cabbage. Chill and serve.
