Ingredients
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T salad oil
- Dash garlic salt
- 1 T sugar
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano,crushed
- 1/4 tsp dried tarragon, crushed
- 1 15-oz. can (2 cups) artichoke hearts, drained

Step 1
Combine all ingredients and 2 T water in a bowl. Cover; chill several hours or overnight. Drain and sprinkle with paprika; serve with picks.
