- 28 ounces canned chickpeas, drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Paprika
- Cayenne
- Chili powder
- Ginger
- Cumin
- Turmeric
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Black pepper
- Kosher salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, whisk the olive oil with your choice of spices and seasonings from above or whatever you have on hand.
2. Spread the chickpeas over a foil-lined baking sheet and slide into an oven preheated to 325 degrees. Bake for 60-75 minutes or until they are crunchy and golden browned. Stir occasionally.
