Ingredients
- 2 T. veg. oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 c. canned tomatoes, chopped, liquid reserved
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. spicy vegetable juice cocktail
- 1 t. cumin
- 1 t. chili powder
- 1 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 2 t. worcestershire
- 1 T. Heinz 57
- 1/2 lb. chicken, boneless, cooked, shredded
- 4 oz. shredded cheddar

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion, chilies, and garlic until tender. Transfer to large kettle and add tomatoes with liquid, stocks, water, water, vegetable juice cocktail, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, worcestershire, and steak sauce. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer 1 hour. Add chicken and simmer 45 minutes longer. Serve with tortilla chips and cheese.
