Ingredients
- 1 tbsp hard margarine
- 4-6 pork chops, trimmed of fat
- 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp squeezed orange juice
- 2 tsp grated orange peel

Preparation
Step 1
Heat margarine in frying pan. Add pork chops. Brown well on both sides.
Stir cranberry sauce, orange juice and orange peel together in small bowl. Arrange chops in ungreased casserole large enough to hold single layer. Divide cranberry mixture over top of each one. Cover. Bake in 350 oven for 40 to 50 minutes until cooked and tender.
