Ingredients
- 1-1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1-1/2 cups starter
- 1 cup warm water
- 6-7 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup corn oil (do not substitute)
- Cooking spray

Step 1
In large bowl, mix all ingredients except oil spray adding corn oil last. Spray large bowl with pam. Cut dough in, and turn it over so that the oily side is on to. Spray again with Pam, cover with wax paper and let stand overnight (do not refrigerate). The next morning, punch down dough and knead it a little. Divide dough into three equal parts, and knead each part on a floured surface 8-10 times. Oil 9x5x3” load pans and fill with dough, spray top with Pam. Let rise 4-5 hours all day is all right. Cover with the same wax paper as before. After bread has risen to your liking, bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on rack. Makes 3 loafs.
