- 8 chicken pieces (thighs, legs or breasts)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 can beef or chicken gravy
- 1/2 cup Burgundy Wine (optional)
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1

* Remove skin from chicken, wash and flour the pieces.
* Grease a roasting pan or casserole.
* Brown chicken lightly in a fry pan, place in casserole.
* Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken.
Bake in a 325⁰ oven for 2 hours or until chicken is done.
