Ingredients

3 lbs beef roast
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
10 oz. cream of mushroom soup
4-6 medium potatoes
4-6 medium carrots
4-6 celery sticks

Preparation

Step 1

On large piece of foil in roaster, put roast. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Spoon mushroom soup over top. Gather up edges of foil to seal. Cover. Bake in 300 oven for 2 1/2 hours.

Peel carrots and potatoes. Cut celery sticks into 3 pieces each. Open foil. Place vegetables around meat. Re-seal. Cover. Bake in 325 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
