Ingredients
- 1 C (2 sticks) butter
- 1 (6oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 lb (8 C) 10x sugar
- 2 T milk
- do not use light cream cheese or butter substitute

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl mix butter & cream cheese together until smooth.
Add sugar & milk.
Beat on high until smooth ( only 30 sec - 1 min)
Thin to ice cake smooth; use full strength for piping borders.
