Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 tbsp. dried dillweed
- 1 cans cream of mushrooms soup
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Thaw potatoes slightly for easier mixing.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Pour potato mixture into a well-greased 9 x 13" baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
