Ingredients
- 1 package (12 oz) frozen shrimp, thawed
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked long grain white rice

Slow Cooker Directions
1. Combine shrimp, broth, garlic, chili powder, salt and oregano in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 2 hours.
2. Add peas and tomatoes. Cover; cook on LOW 15 minutes.
3. Stir in rice. Cover; cook on LOW an additional 15 minutes.
