Ingredients
- 12 lbs. frozen hashbrowns
- 15 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 cups chopped onion
- 12 cups diced ham
- 60 eggs, beaten
- 12 cups milk
- paprika, as needed

Preparation
Step 1
Remove eggs from refrigerator and prepare only amount needed.
Break eggs into a clean sanitized mixing bowl. beat slightly on medium speed.
Combine with hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, onion, milk, and diced ham.
Divide into well greased baking pans. (12 x 20 x 2 ) Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes or until set and firm.
