  • 1 5-pound beef chuck roast
  • 2 bags Food Lion Frozen Soup Mix
  • 1-2 cans diced tomatoes - To Taste
  • 1-2 cans diced potatoes - To Taste
  • 1 can whole corn
  • Frozen Butter Beans as desired
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1

Cook beef till well thawed if put in crockpot frozen. Take out and chop into smallish pieces. Add frozen and canned vegetables and the meat back in crockpot and cook on high 6 hours or till meat is tender and vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste.
