Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, halved, skin and bones removed
- 1/2 cup butter or hard margarine
- 3/4 cup dry fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp ground thyme

Preparation
Step 1
Cut each chicken breast half into 2 to 3 finger length pieces.
Melt butter in small saucepan.
Combine next 5 ingredients in small bowl. Stir well. Dip each chicken piece into butter then coat with crumb mixture. Place on greased foil-lined baking sheet. Bake in 400 oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Turn at half time. Bake until golden brown and no pink remains in meat.
