Ingredients

  • 32 oz. package diced hashbrowns
  • 2 C sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 C thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 T margarine, melted
  • 1/2 t paprika
  • 1/4 t pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine everything but paprika in large bowl and stir until well combined. Grease 9x13 baking dish and spoon mixture in. Sprinkle paprika over top. Bake for one hour or until bubbly and browned.
