Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 lbs thinly sliced beef or chicken
- 1 thinly sliced green pepper and 1 thinly sliced red pepper
- 1 small onion thinly sliced

Step 1
Mix the seasoned salt, cumin, garlic, chili powder, red pepper flakes, vegetable oil, and lemon juice. Add meat, and marinate for at least 2 hours.
In a large skillet, or wok, heat 3 tbsp. vegetable oil. saute the peppers and onions until lightly browned. Remove from pan, and set aside.
Saute the meat for 4-5 minutes then return vegetables to the pan, and mix well. Serve on warm tortillas, with avocado, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, and sour cream
