Ingredients

  • 1 box refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 pouch (9 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy roasted garlic with chicken stock cooking sauce

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 400°F. Unroll crusts on work surface.

MIX chicken, vegetables and cooking sauce. Divide mixture between crusts. Fold crusts over filling; press edges with fork to seal. Place both on ungreased large cookie sheet. If desired, brush tops with beaten egg.

BAKE 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. Cut each crust in 3 pieces.
Don't like mixed vegetables? Use frozen corn.

Serve with mixed green salad.
