Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground beef
  • 2 Cans Campbell's Pork and Beans
  • 1 Pound Bacon
  • 1 Envelop Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 Cups Ketchup
  • 2 Cans Red kidney beans
  • 1 Can Butter beans
  • 1/2 Cup White Karo
  • 3/4 Cup Light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In a lg skillet, add ground beef. Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Brown ground beef, breaking apart as cooked. Drain & set aside.

In same skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain grease. (or use pre-cooked bacon). Crumble/cut bacon into small pieces.

In lg bowl, combine all remaining ingredients until well blended. (kidney beans & butter beans drain, Pork and beans with liquid).

Add ground beef and bacon to mixture, mix lightly.

Put mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350, until browned on top.
