Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb small new red potatoes, scrubbed
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
In medium saucepan, combine potatoes and water; cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Drain. Transfer to serving bowl; keep warm. Melt butter in same saucepan; stir in garlic. Cook and stir until garlic is softened, about 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in parsley. Pour over potatoes; toss gently to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired.
