Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8-oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 16-oz pkg. broccoli flowerets
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 16-oz pkg. spaghetti, cooked
- Garnish: grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, saute chicken in butter until no longer pink. Add onion, mushrooms, broccoli and garlic; saute until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. add salt and pepper to taste; toss with cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serves four.
