28/10/18 - This was okay but kinda boring. I think a simple sage & brown butter sauce over the gnocchi would be better. Also, this is too much ... 200 g would be plenty for both of us

Ingredients

  • 280 g Olivieri Skillet Cheese Gnocchi (I did 266 g )
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce, warmed
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT a 12” Non-stick Fry Pan on medium high heat.

SAUTÉ gnocchi in oil until golden brown.

Remove to serving bowls and SEASON with a dash of salt and pepper and a grating of fresh parmigiano or pecorino cheese.

SERVE gnocchi with sauce on the side for dipping.
