Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breast tenders
  • 3 Tbsp. Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 3 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. 2% milk
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 romaine heart, chopped
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, cut into 1/4x2" matchsticks
  • 1 cup carrots, chredded

Preparation

Step 1

Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook chicken tenders over medium heat about 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until cooked through; remove from heat and stir together with the hot sauce.

In a small bowl, stir together crumbled blue cheese, sour cream, milk and mayo.

Combine romaine, iceberg lettuce in a large serving bowl and add the celery and shredded carrots.

Drizzle dressing ove the salad. Toss well to combine. Top with chicken.
