  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 pounds beef tenderloin
  • Coarsely cracked black pepper
  • 2 green bell peppers



Step 1

In a self-sealing plastic bag, combine oil, soy sauce and garlic powder; shake
to mix well. Cut tenderloin into 1-inch cubes; coat tenderloin lightly with
cracked pepper. Add beef cubes to marinade; refrigerate for 24 hours.

Prepare a medium fire in the grill or preheat the broiler.Cut peppers into
about 28 squares.

Discard marinade; thread meat onto metal skewers alternately with peppers.
Grill for 25 minutes or to desired doneness, turning as necessary, or broil 12
to 15 minutes, turning twice.

Serve immediately.
