Ingredients
- 2 c corn meal
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 T oil
- 1 c buttermilk

Step 1
Blend dry ingredients
Add eggs, oil and buttermilk
Combine
Put into pans about 3/4 inch thick
Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for about 18 minutes
