Ingredients

  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup golden flax meal
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor. Pulse all of the ingredients together.

2. Pulse in eggs, oil, honey and vinegar.

3. Pour batter into a greased 7.5x3.5 Magic Line loaf pan.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool in the pan for 2 hours.
