• 2 cups onion; sliced
• 1/3 cup green bell pepper; cut into strips
• 1/3 cup red bell pepper; cut into strips
• 1/3 cup yellow bell pepper; cut into strips
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
