- 1/8 cup cream
- 7/8 cup water
- 1 tbsp Designer Whey, chocolate — 1 scoop ( get at Health Food Store)
- 1 1/2 tsp splenda
- 1 1/2 tsp Peanut Butter — or any nut butter
- 2 cups crushed ice
