Ingredients
- 3/4 c margarine
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/4 t salt
- 2 packages andes mints

Preparation
Step 1
Over low heat, melt margarine and chocolate chips - add small amount of water as needed to make smooth. Pour into mixing bowl and let cool at least 10 minutes.
Beat in eggs and dry ingredients. Chill in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight.
Line cooking sheet with foil. Roll into small balls. Bake at 350 for 12 - 13 minutes.
Remove from oven and press down slightly with a spoon. Top w/Andres mint and swirl around top as they come out of the oven.
Cool.
