Ingredients
- 2 full racks pork ribs
- 1 TB. light brown sugar
- 1 TB. white sugar
- 1 TB. HUNGARIAN SWEET PAPRIKA
- 1-1/2 tsp. SMOKED SPANISH PAPRIKA
- 1-1/2 tsp. GARLIC SALT
- 1/2 tsp. GRANULATED ONION
- 1/2 tsp. CELERY SALT
- 3/4 tsp. REGULAR CHILI POWDER
- 3/4 tsp. PENZEYS FRESHLY GROUND
- PEPPER
- 1/4 tsp. RUBBED SAGE
- 1/8 tsp. GROUND ALLSPICE
- 1 pinch GROUND CLOVES

Step 1
Simply mix all of the ingredients together and use as a dry rub on the ribs. If there is any left, save it for next time!
Rib Secret: Put some apple juice in a small spray bottle. Spritz the ribs liberally with juice once per hour while they are grilling.This gives the ribs a nice sweet glaze and an extra layer of flavor.
