Ingredients
- Mustard Herb Butter:
- 6 T butter
- 2 T Dijon
- 1 minced shallot
- 8-10 sprigs minced parsley
- 8-10 chives, minced
- black pepper.
- 6 veal cutlets
- Salt & pepper
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 6 1/4 " slices lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Make mustard herb butter: Soften butter & mix well with Dijon. Mince shallot, parsley & chives. Mix into butter.
Litely oil veal cutlets. Season with salt & pepper. Grill 1 min. each side. Serve with 1 T herb butter & slice of lemon
