Ingredients
- 3-4 3-4 3-4 pieces of bacon, chopped
- 1 1 1 small onion, chopped
- 10 10 10 ounces kale
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, chop the bacon into bite-sized pieces and saute it with the onion over medium heat until the onions are translucent.
Add the kale, and saute until the bacon is thoroughly cooked and the kale is tender (about 8-10 minutes).
