Ingredients
- 1 cup homemade mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp capers, drained, plus additional to taste
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp anchovy paste
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
- large pinch of oregano

Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade.
2. Process until smooth, then stir in additional capers to taste.
Makes 1 1/4 cups
