Passover Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/4 cake meal
• 1/2 cup pototoe starch
• 1 cup chop pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, add the rest let sit for 15 minutes.
Drop on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 350 15-20 minutes until brown.
