Ingredients
- 5 lbs. grated potatoes
- 8 cups milk
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups each cooked sausage and ham
- 2 cups each cheese and cooked bacon

Preparation
Step 1
Spray two 18 x 10-inch casserole pans. Spread grated potatoes, add meats and cheese and mix lightly. For each 25 servings, add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper to milk. Beat eggs and milk, pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until set - 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
