Ingredients

  • 16 clams
  • 16 mussels
  • 1 1lb cleaned peeled shrimp
  • 2 1 1/2 lb lobster fresh uncooked
  • 3 cans larges plum tomotoes
  • 1 can Hunts big sauce
  • 4 - cloves garlic chopped
  • fresh basil
  • oregano
  • bay leaves
  • white wine
  • pepper
  • chopped onions

Preparation

Step 1

Cut claws off cut body off of lobsters.
In olive oil, brown and saute garlic and onions. Add sauce, tomotoes. Add spices, Add wine, and simmer 1/2 hour. Can be made ahead of time. Then crush tomotoes with a fork. Add fish, lobster cut up, turns red it's okay (25 minutes). Add clams and mussels (20 minutes. Add shrimp 5minutes.
Can be served over cappillini.
Need crackers and lobster forks.
Need fresh bread for sopping.
